Our events for junior teams are organised in tournament formats. The players will experience the thrill of playing on the club’s hallowed turf and enjoy the incredible atmosphere of a professional football stadium.

All our junior tournaments in 2020 are played at this season 2019/2020 age groups. Teams will spend around 5-6 hours at the stadium in total, the younger age groups (U7, U8, U9, U10) tournaments take place from approximately 9am-2.30pm, with the older age groups (U10, U11, U12, U13) tournaments running from approximately 3pm-8.30pm.

These timings are naturally subject to confirmation when the exact number of teams in each age group is finalised. Please note that the U10 tournament may take place during either the morning or afternoon, depending on the balance of bookings across the age groups.

Prior to their tournament matches commencing, teams will line-up in the players’ tunnel and have their names announced over the stadium’s PA system as they emerge from the tunnel and walk out on to the pitch!

With 4 pitches set up on the main stadium pitch, we are able to deliver a great tournament format with group matches and then finals, that ensures the players fully enjoy their time at the stadium.

All junior events include match officials, first aid services, tour of the home and away changing rooms, live tournament fixtures and results website and the on-site management and support of our event staff and tournament director.

At the end of the tournament, following each team’s final match, we award medals and certificates to all players and there will be trophy presentations for the winner and runners-up teams in each age group.
