Play on the Pitch is once again looking forward to holding our junior tournament at the King Power Stadium, the home of Leicester City.
The King Power Stadium has a capacity of over 32,000 and is completely enclosed, with all corners being filled with seating. This gives the stadium a fantastic atmosphere and looks hugely impressive. It is, of course, one of the very few stadiums where the Premier League Champions trophy has been lifted, following the club’s remarkable success in the 2015/16 season.
With 4 pitches set up on the main stadium pitch, we are able to deliver a great tournament format that ensures the players fully enjoy their time at the stadium, which will also include walking out of the players’ tunnel, a visit to the home and away changing rooms, medals and certificates for all players and trophy presentations for the winner and runner-up teams in each age group.
The opportunity to play at this fantastic stadium is one that you and your team should not miss out on! Take a look at our highlights video of the tournament by clicking on the video clip below.
